The property was an over sized two bedroom flat at 1st floor within a converted warehouse. The flat had not been updated for more than 20 years and was ripe for some intelligent design solutions. Marcel Mauer Architects and SpaceUp used their combined experience to completley revolutionise the layout.

By removing all of the long corridors, repurposing a large storage room, rearranging all the rooms and keeping a clear design concept in mind, the flat was transformed into a spacious four bedroom co-living, co-working space with 3 bathrooms, gym, large communal living area and two 8 person table spaces for dining and working.
